Open dashboard.shipengine.com, go to API Management, and copy your key (production or sandbox).

In the ShipPeek app, click Connect Carrier, choose ShipEngine, and paste the key. We auto-pull every carrier you have already connected on ShipEngine.

Do I need to re-enter carrier credentials?

No. ShipPeek auto-discovers every carrier you have connected in ShipEngine — UPS, FedEx, USPS, regional and LTL — using just your ShipEngine API key.

Production or sandbox key?

Both supported. Use sandbox while you build and switch to production when you flip the store live.

Where do labels get billed?

Labels are billed through your ShipEngine account at your negotiated rates. ShipPeek does not mark up shipping.

What about LTL carriers connected in ShipEngine?

ShipPeek surfaces them too. Your connected LTL carrier_ids show up alongside parcel options at checkout.

Can I disconnect later?

Yes. Removing the key from ShipPeek disables the integration immediately. Rotate it inside ShipEngine to fully revoke.
